How long it takes to receive a Utah CFP

Got mine today Dropped it off @ BCI on Nov. 25th and paid with a card. Grabbed the mail on my way to Lowe's and had to turn around to grab my 45. It wasnt concealed well, my shirt had a bulge exactly the same shape as a 1911, but I wasnt too concerned. Feels good to be prepared and legal.
Same story for my sister in law. Dropped off at the same time, got hers today too.

I mailed my application in 53 days ago, they cashed my visa 45 days ago, received my permit by mail yesterday, 45 days from the cashing.

Stupid question maybe, but do they send you the permit certified mail? Got home to a notice from the mailman that I have to go sign for something, the "From" box on the form just says "Utah".

In case it matters, I turned in my app in person and paid cash on Nov. 25th.

Here goes my first post. Good info on here btw. Anyways, Wife and I submitted our applications 12/11/2009, debit cleared on the 12/12, both permits arrived yesterday on 1/28. 47 days.

Things at the BCI must be getting better. I walked my wife's and mt applications and checks into the BCI on December 7th, 2009. They cashed our checks on the 15th and we had our permits on 1/15/2010. It just SEEMED like a long time.

I hope others are seeing good results as well.

I mailed my app in 2 weeks ago and the CC has not been charged yet.

Should I call them or just wait a little longer?

Hello everyone, I'm a noob and this is my first post.

I mailed in my CFP app on January 15th and they cashed my check on February 3rd (19 days). I'll update when I actually get my permit.

Well, I just got my packet BACK from BCI yesterday and resent it in today.

Seems the problem with mine was that I was born in Thailand. They required for me to send in my Certificate of Birth Abroad. Thank goodness that I had it close by (as opposed to somewhere in my parents house) and was able to get a copy quickly. I guess my Drivers License, SS#, and Pasport # was not enough proof of citizenship.

Anyway, here goes round two.

Race is on... Turned in my NV application in person the same day I mailed my Utah permit and received my NV permit in the mail Feb 2nd. That makes it 46 days from turning in NV app to arrival in Texas by USP for Nevada. Utah, count is on....

I mailed the Utah app 12/18, they signed for app 12/21, CC charge posted 12/31 and Feb 10th I am still waiting.
