Coffee Anyone?

HI folks, I wanted to organize an open carry event at a SLC area Coffee shop. So lets do this. If I can get enough people that are interested then I'll set a time and date.


For now though, let me invite you to a BBQ at the same coffee shop. It will be on the 4th of July so if you havnt dedicated yourself to something else and want a nice place to enjoy the fireworks and a great coffee atmosphere, you can come to Sunset Coffee House up on a hill at 7978 south 1300 East. It will be child friendly as as well, with treats and sparklers.
I'm the Shops Security guy and Ive talked with management and its OK to OC here.

As for the bbq, I'll try to make an appearance depending on how busy I am tomorrow. What time is the grillin'?

How bout coffee after the fallen officers ride 8* 21- 11 say dennys on 5th and 3rd? Would love to meet some of you

I was hoping for a weekday, but realized that might not be possible for many. If a few more are going to show, I certainly would. Just for schmoozing, talking about laws, various firearms, or whatnot. Is the idea to oc, or just to gather? I wasn't quite sure about the intent. I'm a bit of a scardycat, coming from a state that was rather harsh, in some place even about ownership. I do have a class 2 holster though so I'm comfortable oc'ing, my ingrained notions aside.

I usually casually carry. OWB holster with a shirt hanging over it..more or less. So that is what I will be doing the day of the ride and subsequent coffee.
YOU ON THE OTHER HAND should carry any way YOU are comfortable. If you are more comfortable more concealed, or more open, do that. Its good Comfort is King
IDK when the ride ends at the capitol, so hard to pin a point on a time here.
