There will be a BIT on April 18, 2013 at the Trapper Trails Council Service Center at 5pm. The cost is $15.00 payable to Trapper Trails Council. That's correct! Thanks for the reminder Shawn!

Yes, the shooting is part of the "pre-qualification" stage completed before the classroom training.

From the other thread it looks like their next BIT is April 11th.

NOTE: If you are a new NRA instructor, you must complete the NRA Basic Instructor Training prior to taking this course. There is a BIT on April 11, 2013 at the Trapper Trails Council Service Center at 5pm and one in Evanston on April 12th. Contact the Council for more info. (801 479 5460)

I signed up for this since between sequestration and mandatory furloughs I'll be having a lot of free time this summer apparently.

I still need to get on the council website and pay, but I registered last week on the nra site, nothing was posted on the bsa site at that point.

Anyways I selected April 6th but I'm flexible.

I selected the 6th, I'm going to be busy the next few weeks. 2 classes and I'm moving at the end of the month. The 6th will probably be best though.
