NRA Instructor info change

Anyon know how to change your address and phone number on your instructor page? The only place I can find is a place that says to go to your member login and change your info there. Info I updated there doesn't appear on my instructor page. Does that matter since my info is correct on my member page?

Basic membership information is changed on the NRA membership website.

I don't see any address information displayed on my NRA Instructor pages.

I know where the membership info is. If you sign in under the link below, it shows your address and phone number. When I change my info on my member page (which is linked to from this instructor page) it doesn't show the changes when I log in with the link below. For some reason the site is having issues now and I can't get a screen shot of it.

Did you allow a sufficient amount of delay between the time you changed it and the time you checked to see if it was updated? Sometimes sites will validate the data before updating the database from which the information on the site gets populated...

Well, so much for my next suggestion... Maybe order a new course or upgrade your membership... perhaps the sound/smell of money will wake them up...

If emails don't work, give them a call. I have had some MAJOR issues over the last couple of months. All eventually resolved with a phone call. I have contact info for pretty much everyone up to the head of the training department and the dude who's signature appears on the training certificates.

I was messing around on the instructors site and noticed again that my address was wrong on part of the database. My NRA membership has the correct info, but when I clicked on "renew ratings", my address was an old one.

I finally emailed them and snagged this response:

The two are very separate databases that do not (for some reason) talk to or update each other. I made the change for you. It should show online in about 24-48 hours.
