An unexpected package came today, return address Sturm, Ruger & Company, and it contained a promotional Ruger hat. I have no idea why Ruger sent me a hat, but it made my day!

They do use those hats for other promotional purposes, but many of them get sent out by the CEO's office with an "I'm sorry you're angry; have some free stuff" letter.

We did have to send Hubby's SR9c in because it was having a problem. I thought it might be connected with that, but there wasn't a note in it, not even a packing slip. Literally nothing but the hat.
