An unexpected package came today, return address Sturm, Ruger & Company, and it contained a promotional Ruger hat. I have no idea why Ruger sent me a hat, but it made my day!

Have you complained about their service, or a problem with one of their firearms at some point in the last 3-6 months?

They do use those hats for other promotional purposes, but many of them get sent out by the CEO's office with an "I'm sorry you're angry; have some free stuff" letter.
I need a new signature. This one sucks.

We did have to send Hubby's SR9c in because it was having a problem. I thought it might be connected with that, but there wasn't a note in it, not even a packing slip. Literally nothing but the hat.
