Sat. March 26-Ladies Class at the Range

This is where the ladies can get together to discuss carry/self-defense issues amongst themselves. Men, please limit your posting in this forum to keep it to the topics of concern to the women. We don't want the men to take over this forum.

NOTICE: This forum is mainly for the women. However, men are allowed to respond to the topics of concern to the women, but don't take over this forum. Posts by men may be removed at the discretion of the UCC moderators.

Sat. March 26-Ladies Class at the Range

If you have a gun in your home, but don't know anything about it, this class is for you! We will go over the basics with you.

Saturday March 26 10am at the Wahsatch Shooting Range Kaysville

$7 for non-members and $3 for members. Membership is $45 for 12 months. (It includes everyone living at your home)
This is an introductory level class for women on basic handgun and self defense awareness. You will also get the chance to try out new guns to see which one fits you best! :crown:
What to bring:
-eye/ear protection
-Gun, magazine and ammo if you have one (or two!) We will have a 22 for those that don't have one.
-Bring a friend or two as long as they are not men. :wink:
-Your smile!
Training is no charge thanks to "Hyrax" and Sandy. :crown:

Lunch afterwards is always fun too! Please PM me if you plan on attending and stay tuned for more information.

I will totally be there. And Churchill's puppy classes are finished so I'll be able to stay for lunch! Woohoo!

I can't make this one :cry: I will be dual hatting both jobs Army and Board instructor at the resort that day- and putting Tank on skiis for the first time :mrgreen:

You should probably read THIS.

:ROFL: I kid, I kid! We will unfortunately be out of town but my wife really wants to make it to a womans shoot soon.

I was thinking us males should take the children to nickel-cade and compete for high score on Area 51 and the Police Academy shooter games. I've open carried there several times now with no problems.

I figured you guys would do whatever it takes to get the wifey out shooting more. :wink:
Or maybe I had to make that OUTRAGEOUS suggestion to get the guys attention. LOL! :shocked:

Seriously, from viewing the responses on the forum, it leads you to believe that we have just a few ladies. Our class has been filling up, even thru winter, by word of mouth from the ladies to their friends/family. But there is still room for more--so get cleaning and babysitting already! :thumbsup:

The only cleaning that I will be doing is cleaning my gun. However, I will be watching the kids.
