October OC/CC Dinner Thursday Oct 7th

Postby jaredbelch on Fri 24 Sep 2010 9:57 pm

Ok, I guess I haven't planned an outing yet, and since there hasn't been a dinner in a while it's my turn.

Date, time and location to follow, but likely will be the first week of October.

Edit:

Date is Thursday October 7th
Time is 6:30 PM (but show up when you can)
Location is Golden Corral at 700 E and Ft Union Blvd (7200 S) in Midvale

I must have had a blind spot whenever I would look for the September dinner  I may actually make this one if the scheduling is right. It would be nice to finally meet you guys/gals

If I remember correctly from the stories I have read from here, Texas Roahouse isn't a fan of OC. :crying:

I wonder if the Taylorsville one is different. I shot next to the owner and his son at Get Some once and he was a very nice guy. I let his kid shoot my AR because he looked interested and then the guy told me he was the owner and to come in later for desert on him, but I was busy. At least he seemed very interested in guns and it might not hurt to give him a call and see if he'd be cool with an OC event there. :dunno:

There's definitely a joke in there, but I'll keep my mouth shut... this is a family establishment!
